Privacy

Plainly: we collect very little, we do not track you, and nothing leaves your email app until you send it.

The short version

We collect as little as we can. The website has no analytics, no cookies, and no tracking. The only information we hold is what you choose to send us.

What the forms collect

The enquiry and application forms on this site do not send anything anywhere on their own. They open a draft in your own email app, pre-filled with what you typed. Nothing reaches us until you press send in that app.

When you do send it, we receive what you wrote: your name, your email address, your phone number if you gave one, what you are interested in, and your message.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. We do not build a profile of you, and we cannot see which pages you visited.

How this relates to session confidentiality

What you share inside a therapy session is governed by clinical confidentiality, which is a stricter and separate matter from this policy. Our therapists follow the confidentiality standards set by their professional bodies, including the RCI.

Please do not put clinical detail into an enquiry form. A sentence about what brings you here is plenty; the rest belongs in the room.

Who else sees your information

Your enquiry reaches the Walnut Therapy inbox and the practitioner it concerns. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.

This site is hosted by Vercel, and our email runs on Google Workspace. Both process data on our behalf as ordinary infrastructure providers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful — while we are in conversation, and for a reasonable period after in case you come back to us. Write to us if you would like yours deleted sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will do it.

Data protection and support contact

One named contact handles everything on this page: questions about what we hold, requests to correct or delete it, and anything you are unsure about. You do not need to write formally, and you do not need a reason.

If you think we have handled your information badly, tell us first and we will put it right. You can also raise it with the relevant authority under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Write to us

For anything on this page — data questions, corrections, deletions, or support — ashwini.walnuttherapy@gmail.com reaches a person, and a person will answer you.
