What we look for

We look for practitioners with strong counselling and clinical training, an RCI licence where applicable, and at least three years of experience working directly with clients.

How joining works

  2. 02If your background feels aligned, we set up a first conversation to get to know you.
  3. 03A second, more detailed clinical interview follows.
  4. 04If it is the right fit, we walk you through onboarding, and you begin seeing clients.
