Initiatives

Programs that go beyond the room, for people who want company as well as care.

Awareness Programs

Corporate and community sessions, run on request.

Sessions for workplaces, schools, and community groups who want to talk about mental health without the usual awkwardness. Content is shaped around who is in the room rather than delivered from a fixed deck.

Run on request. Write to us with who the group is and what has prompted the conversation.

Monthly Gathering

A monthly get-together

Once a month, we make room for something lighter. Games, conversations, music, movement, always chai. No agenda, no pressure to share, just a few hours in the company of people who quietly care about the same things you do.

Bring yourself as you are, and bring the version of you that likes to have fun.

Cold plunge and Sound Therapy

Cold exposure and sound work as a small, deliberate practice in resilience.

Cold exposure paired with sound work. The point is not endurance for its own sake; it is the practice of staying steady with something uncomfortable, and noticing that you can.

Sessions are supervised throughout, and you set your own limit.

Healing Circle

A small, private group for people moving through a shared experience.

A healing circle is a small, private group of people moving through a shared experience. Grief. Heartbreak. Early motherhood. Burnout. The circles are led by one of our therapists, who holds the space, sets the tone, and makes sure the room feels safe.

There is no pressure to speak. There is no rush to heal. Just sit with others who understand, and slowly find that the weight is a little lighter when it is not carried alone.
